8th March 2003: Flew to Nelson then taken by minibus to the Flora entrance of the Kahurangi National Park. Trampers were Ian Bardsley (retired manager), Alan Rogers (lab manager), John Barrell (gas engineer), John Sutton (engineer), Graham Thompson (engineer), Jim Callaghan (retired teacher) and moi, Keith Blayney (GP). We passed the now familiar Flora Hut and the Gridiron, then Dry Rock shelters to come out on the tussock below Salisbury.
